When Life Pushes You to Change

Interview with Viviana Sota, podcast host of Life Whispers. We have an in-depth conversation about how sometimes life forces you to make radical changes. You realize that unless you change where you’re headed it’s bound to have disastrous and painful consequences. So you’re forced to come face to face with your bad habits and excuses once and for all. Although you initially think “why me?” you eventually realize there are lessons to be learnt and that your personality or identity isn’t fixed. The road to reinvention isn’t easy but you acquire an awareness, discipline and self-control you never knew were possible for you.
